1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Swing Vision AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Swing Vision AI provides:
- Golf swing video recording capabilities
- AI-powered swing analysis using machine learning
- Slow-motion video playback and review
- Progress tracking and coaching features
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription Terms
4.1 Premium Subscription
Swing Vision AI offers premium subscriptions with the following terms:
- Monthly Plan: $9.99/month, billed monthly
- Annual Plan: $79.99/year with a 7-day free trial
4.2 Payment and Billing
- All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
4.3 Free Trial
If offered, free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically. You may cancel during the trial period
without charge.
4.4 Restore Purchases
You can restore previous purchases by using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app settings.
5. AI Analysis Disclaimer
Important: Swing Vision AI's AI analysis is provided for informational and
entertainment purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional golf instruction.
- AI suggestions may not be accurate or appropriate for all users
- Always consult a qualified golf professional for serious instruction
- We are not liable for any injuries resulting from following AI suggestions
- Results may vary based on video quality and swing complexity
6. User Content
6.1 Your Videos
You retain ownership of videos you record. By using the AI analysis feature, you grant us a limited license
to:
- Process your videos through our AI systems
- Temporarily store videos for analysis purposes
- Delete videos after analysis is complete
6.2 Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Contains inappropriate or harmful material
- Attempts to exploit or harm the service
7. Intellectual Property
Swing Vision AI and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright,
trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Create derivative works based on the App
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swing Vision AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from
your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At our sole discretion with reasonable notice
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:
- In-app notifications
- Email to registered users
- Updated "Last modified" date
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of
the applicable jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
